Himalayan Salt Shop wants you to be happy with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders placed on this site.

Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. To start a return, contact us at hi@himalayansaltshop.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.

Condition of Returned Items
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging where possible. Because salt is a natural material, minor variation in colour, shape, or size between the item received and the product photos is not a defect and is not grounds for return on its own.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used edible salt (fine or coarse), soap bars, or water softener tablets, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Return Shipping
Return shipping is free. We'll provide a prepaid return label or arrange collection once your return request is approved — you won't be charged to send an eligible item back to us.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item. Original shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us at hi@himalayansaltshop.co.uk with a photo of the item, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any delivery costs.

Exchanges
If you'd like a different size, weight, or product instead of a refund, let us know when you contact us — we're happy to arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
