Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time
Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier delays, weather, or high order volumes, particularly around holidays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and delivery address. Any applicable shipping charges will always be shown before you complete your purchase.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Heavier Items
Larger salt lamps (for example, 9kg and above) are heavier and may be shipped via a courier service better suited to bulkier parcels; delivery estimates for these items may differ slightly and, where relevant, will be noted on the product page.

Order Tracking
Where tracking is available from our courier, we'll include a tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email.
