These Terms of Service govern your use of Himalayan Salt Shop (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these terms.

Products and Pricing
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, but because most items are cut from natural rock salt, slight variation in colour, shape, size, and weight between pieces is normal and expected, not a defect. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time; changes won't affect orders already confirmed.

Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy the item(s) at the listed price. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there's a pricing error, and if we do, we'll refund any payment already taken. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your full card details.

Returns and Refunds
Our returns and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is owned by or licensed to Himalayan Salt Shop and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Himalayan Salt Shop is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or your purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
