This 5-7kg salt lamp is a single block of rock salt. It's mined at Khewra, in the foothills of the Salt Range. Switched on, it throws a warm amber light across the room rather than a bright, even light, more fireplace than lamp.
At this weight it suits a medium living room. Because each piece is natural rock rather than a mould, colour and veining shift slightly from one to the next.
