Food-grade slabs of pink Himalayan rock salt, cut flat rather than carved. It comes from the Khewra Salt Mine in Punjab, Pakistan. They're solid salt through and through, not a coating over something else.
Heat one in the oven and it works as a searing surface for steak, scallops or vegetables, seasoning as it cooks. Chilled in the freezer instead, it turns into a cold serving plate for sushi, cheese or fruit.
