A 3-5kg salt lamp. Each piece is carved by hand rather than cast. It's sourced from Pakistan's Khewra Salt Range. Most Himalayan salt runs pink to orange because of the iron in it. This piece comes from a low-iron seam instead, so the light reads pale and almost frosted rather than fiery.
The lighter tone throws a mellow, low amber light that suits a minimal or Scandi-leaning room better than the deeper orange of a standard pink lamp. Expect small differences in tone and pattern between pieces; that's the mineral, not a flaw.
