Details
Loose chunks of rock salt sit inside a tree-shaped wooden holder rather than being carved into one solid block. As a natural material, the exact shade and grain will vary a little piece to piece.
Lit from within, the gaps between the chunks let light spill out unevenly, giving a mellow, low amber light with more flicker and texture than a solid lamp. It comes from the Khewra Salt Mine in Punjab, Pakistan.
What's included
- Tree-shaped wooden basket filled with natural salt chunks
- Fitted with a UK 3-pin plug and an E14 bulb holder, ready to use out of the box
- Textured, uneven glow rather than a solid block's even light
- A natural, rustic finish that suits open shelving
Like all natural salt, it can sweat slightly in damp conditions. That's simply the mineral doing what mineral salt does, and running the lamp for a few hours dries it out again.
Add a bit of natural texture and warmth to your space.
About the salt
Every piece is cut from natural rock salt mined at Khewra, in the Punjab region of Pakistan. Because it's a natural material, colour, shape and weight vary a little from piece to piece, so yours will be one of a kind.

Good to know
Before you buy
Quick answers about looking after your lamp, delivery and returns.
Why does my salt lamp look wet?
Rock salt naturally draws in moisture from the air, so a lamp can look damp in a humid room. Leaving it switched on for a few hours a day helps keep it dry, and you can wipe any moisture away with a dry cloth.
What bulb does my lamp take?
Most of our natural salt lamps take an E14 15W bulb. Check your lamp's product page to be sure. Spare bulbs and replacement cables are in our Replacements collection.
Will my lamp look like the photo?
Every lamp is cut from natural rock salt, so colour, shape and weight vary a little from piece to piece. That natural variation is part of what makes each one unique, and it isn't a fault.
How quickly will it arrive?
Standard delivery takes 2 to 3 working days to England, Scotland and Wales, and it's free on orders over £30. Order Express before 2pm on a working day for next-working-day delivery.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return eligible items, and return shipping is free. Please contact us first so we can arrange it. See our refund policy for details.
